Our Hours
Emergency Service: 24 hours, 7 days a week through the Emergency Department.
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Office: Monday – Friday  8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Counselling and Follow-up Clinic: By appointment.
Counselling and Domestic Violence nurse followup: By appointment.
Who We See
  • All ages, female and male.
What We Do Domestic Violence
  • Documentation of injuries.
  • Follow-up care by the domestic violence facilitator.
  • Medical treatment.
  • Photographic documentation of injuries.
  • Referral to community agencies.
  • Risk assessment and safety planning.
Sexual Assault
  • Collecting and recording evidence of the assault.
  • Follow-up medical care and referral to community agencies.
  • Free antibiotics and the morning after pill.
  • Medical care and treatment.
  • Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections.
  • Testing, information and counselling for possible pregnancy.
Physical Access
  • Accessible for people with disablities.
  • Emergency entrance wheelchair accessible.
  • Parking meters and parking lot available across the road.
Other Information
  • Public awareness presentations to schools, agencies, service clubs etc.
  • Consultation and referral.
