No One Will Believe Me

Don't let the fear that some people may not believe you stand in the way of getting the help and support you need.  Some people will definitely believe you.  Others may not.  The important thing is that you find support from people who will believe you – maybe a trusted friend, a parent, a guidance counsellor.  If you call the Sexual Assault Care Centre, we will believe you – it may be a good place to start.
